Welcome to Ostrani. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out how you may access and use our website, including all of its content, features, services, and any purchases made through it (together, the “Platform”).

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — including orders that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout and may change at any time without notice. When you complete a purchase, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. 5. Product Information and Availability

Products on the Platform may be offered online only and in limited quantities. We may change product descriptions, pricing, and availability, or discontinue products, at any time and without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately, but we can't guarantee that the colours, textures, or appearance shown on your screen will precisely match the physical product.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched via third-party carriers. Any estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items, which must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To begin a return, contact us at contact@ostrani.com. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Our Refund Policy sets out the full details.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly with a description and supporting photos. We'll review it and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

9. Use of Third-Party Services

The Platform may include access to third-party tools, services, or integrations, all provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

Ostrani does not control, and accepts no responsibility for, these third-party services, and is not liable for any issues that arise from their use.

11. User Submissions

Any reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content you submit may be used by Ostrani without restriction. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it.

We are not obliged to keep submissions confidential or to provide any compensation for them.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

breach any applicable law or regulation;
infringe intellectual property rights;
submit false or misleading information;
harass, abuse, or harm others;
transmit malware or harmful code;
collect personal data without consent;
interfere with security features or system integrity.
