Where We Ship

Ostrani ships to addresses within Australia. At this stage we don't offer international delivery beyond Australia.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Your delivery estimate comes down to two things: how long we take to get your order ready, and how long it then spends in transit with the courier. We use trusted Australian carriers so your order is handled safely and arrives without fuss.

Total Estimated Delivery	6–12 business days

Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (AEST) on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, start processing the next business day. Every order is quality-checked and carefully packed before dispatch, which is counted within the processing time.

Shipping is free on all Australian orders.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Every order is sent with complimentary parcel protection at no extra cost. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, email us at contact@ostrani.com and we'll get onto a lost-parcel investigation with the courier straight away.

Tracking

The moment your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with a unique tracking number and a link, so you can keep an eye on its progress all the way to your door.

Problems with Your Delivery

If anything goes wrong along the way — a delay, damaged packaging, or a missed delivery — reach out to our support team as soon as you can and we'll do our best to put it right quickly.
